The brief

The Costa Brava and Pirineu de Girona Tourist Board, one of the tourist points in Catalonia, has a community on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook close to 200,000 users.

The result

From Lymbus we create, schedule and program the contents of the three channels, both in Catalan and in English.

At the same time, we develop a monthly report with the main KPY's in order to analyze the results and adapt the strategy to optimize the contents.

Conclusions

Managing the contents and community of the Social Networks of Costa Brava Pirineu de Girona is an exciting challenge. Every day we manage 8 different profiles with very different audiences and interests.

We apply a methodology that facilitates the work when choosing and scheduling the content for each channel, but always maintaining a tone and language that gives coherence to the brand as a whole. In addition, we encourage and curate a very active community in its eight profiles.
