Bio
Ida Nilsson is an athlete born in Sweden who discovered her passion for mountains and trail running just a few years ago. Nilsson had always practiced sport, but during her childhood and adolescence she focused on athletics. In fact, he competed with the Swedish national team in the World and Europe Championships of 3,000 meters obstacles.
An injury forced her to finish practically with her sports career until the mountain appeared in her way. She made his debut with victory in the ultra distance when she won Transvulcania and, since then, she is part of Salomon's international team.
Alongside Emelie Forsberg and Mimmi Kotka, she has also created their own organic sports food brand: Moonvalley.
