Anna Godoy

Bio

Anna Godoy was born in 1992 and since she was a child she started swimming at the Swimming Club of Barcelona at age 5. In 2007 her father and her brother encouraged her to try triathlon and with 16 years, she joined the Blume Sports Technification Center. During his stay, she managed to be a junior Spanish triathlon and duathlon champion and participated for the first time in the European Championship in her category.

Anna is known for her effort and perseverance. So, during the 2010 season, she was the first Spanish triathlete to participate in the Youth Olimpic Games in Singapore. Thanks to her results, he won a scholarship from the Spanish Triathlon Federation and joined the national team in the CAR of Madrid and later the CAR of Sant Cugat. Anna has continued to compete in championships and cups in Spain and Europe, placing in the top 10 in most of them. Currently, he combines university and training, improving to continue her sports career and preparing for the Tokyo 2020 Games.
